At some point many entrepreneurs realize that something must change and it must be now!   This is a difficult challenge and it does not have to be faced alone.  Often it is after a lawsuit, or the loss of critical individual(s) choosing to compete by starting their own company.  At Affinity we often see partnership disputes or other highly disruptive problems that have the potential of harming business and goodwill that was obtained over the years.  Often a lawsuit is not the only choice and a controlled restructuring will accomplish a better result.
